Scrooge Lives – Carmel Pine Cone’s Paul Miller

While almost everyone else celebrated Earth Day on April 22, — who wrote a bitter editorial condemning one of the best environmental protection laws?

(Even BP (Gulf Oil Spill), Chevron and Monsanto tried to pretend they care about our environment with their deceptive ads aimed at elected officials.)

The Carmel Pine Cone’s Paul Miller penned “The thing that wouldn’t die” referring to California’s Environmental Quality Act. He wants to destroy the law.

I could detail all his errors in describing the law and how it is applied, but can’t imagine how I could improve on the irony of Paul Miller shooting his own foot.

If someone is more deserving of the Ebenezer Scrooge Award . . . I really don’t want to know.
