Great White Shark

Another swimmer was apparently killed by a large shark off Pacific Grove’s Lover’s Point.
Two people saw a large shark breach Monterey Bay’s surface with a human in its mouth – at the same time a woman swimmer went missing.

While not confirmed as a Great White Shark,
this puts Pacific Grove back in the lead for the “Town with most humans killed by sharks.”
The swimmer was Erica Fox of Monterey. We’re sending best wishes for the woman’s family.
