This means the contract was never valid; and the statute of limitations is 4 years. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aroundthecapitol.com\/code\/getcode.html?file=.\/gov\/01001-02000\/1090-1099\">See California Gov. Code Section 1092<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Myth 2: The MCWD report implies that their Gen.
