Not many remember Eisenhower, a 5-star General, was “Supreme Commander of the Allied forces in Europe,” with responsibility for planning and supervising the successful invasion of France<\/strong> and Germany.<\/p>\n

His was no trivial warning. He predicted our current multi-Trillion dollar welfare for weapons manufacturers.<\/p>\n

See if after you read this – you can dispute that the United States<\/strong> “War Department” is colluding with military corporations<\/strong> to wage — Perpetual War against Peace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Until 1947 our military boasted that it was in the war business. Armed conflict was conducted by our “War Department.”<\/a><\/p>\n

However, in the face of growing worldwide calls for peace, including the creation of the United Nations, our War Department<\/strong> deceptively renamed itself (in two steps) – but kept the same mission, values and massively expanded its goals: as in Perpetuate<\/u> and grow the war machine at any cost.<\/p>\n

Remember the little armed conflict in Libya 2011. We, as in (Obama & Hillary Clinton), started it<\/a>. (I didn’t know the US had seized 30 Billion of Libya’s money and given it to the rebels<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

No one can forget the US’ longest wars – Afghanistan and Iraq<\/strong> (Bush II) and the US bombing of Pakistan since 2004<\/a> (Bush II and Obama).<\/p>\n

Do you have any idea how many years the US<\/strong> has been completely war-free since World War II ?<\/p>\n

Answer: The US<\/strong> has been in at least one armed conflict every single day going back to 1989<\/u> <\/strong>– — with no vacations.<\/p>\n

Every Single Day since 1989 the US has been firing military weapons in at least one war.<\/a><\/strong> (This does not include the “war on terror” because that is not a genuine war since terrorism is only a tactic – not an enemy<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

Oddly, the last time the US had a whole year’s vacation from War was in 1985 – during Ronald Reagan’s tenure as President.<\/a><\/p>\n

Prior to that the Vietnam<\/strong> war began in 1953 and lasted until 1975. We did get a real five year respite after WW-2 from 1945 to 1950 – when the Korean War<\/strong> began.<\/p>\n

A bill to create a Cabinet Level Department of Peace<\/a> <\/strong>was introduced by Congressman Kucinich<\/a>. The military-industrial complex has successfully prevented it from advancing in Congress.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
