Infamous Executive Branch “Assassination Legal Memo” author David Barron was nominated to the First Circuit Appeals Court<\/a> to be a lifetime appointed Judge by Barak Obama yesterday.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

David Barron<\/strong> authored the notorious Office of Legal Counsel<\/a> memos authorizing the assassination of an American citizen with zero due process<\/strong> – no court case was ever decided, no charges were ever even filed.<\/p>\n

The memo contradicts centuries of American Justice<\/strong> by providing cover for any President or the CIA<\/strong> to murder anyone the president decides needs execution.<\/p>\n

Commentary:<\/strong>
\nWill someone explain to me how this is any different than the Red Queen in Alice’s “Through the Looking Glass” decreeing “Off with their Heads” or a Dictator murdering opponents at a whim ?<\/p>\n
