Is SpaceX worth a Trillion dollars? Or is it really just Dodging Bankruptcy?

Lets just peek at two things:<\/p>\n

    “We have a history of net losses and may not achieve profitability in the future<\/span><\/strong><\/em>”<\/p>\n

    – That is SPACEX’s own admission<\/em> in their S-1 Filed with the Security and Exchange Commission,<\/strong> May 2026<\/a><\/p>\n

    Their SEC Filing does not use weasely lawyer language to say SpaceX won’t be profitable in merely some vague short-term future. That would leave open a profitability possibility at some unidentified later epoch.

    No, SpaceX admits it might NEVER<\/span> Achieve Profitability ! !

    As in — Not Going to Happen ! ! !<\/strong><\/p>\n

    And that’s from the world’s biggest SpaceX advocate himself. Who’s best known character feature is – gigantic “overstatements” (as in whoppers & fish-stories).

    So lets try a Contest<\/strong> – See if you can be the first person to read these fully referenced facts<\/strong> and still believe the Spectacularly Overvalued SpaceX stock<\/span> <\/strong>is going to make you money – like Every<\/span> <\/strong>Wall Street ANALYST Believes<\/a> !<\/em><\/p>\n

    To begin, SpaceX is not a Space company. It is <\/strong>a money-losing and client-losing AI company holding up a money-losing Rocket company. With both of those somewhat held up by an apparently profitable Starlink. <\/strong>Starlink is reportedly profitable, but there are some accounting “anomalies” we’ll look at later.<\/p>\n

    Ed Elson<\/strong>, an analyst who also co-hosts the Prof G Markets<\/strong> podcast<\/a> with entrepreneur Scott Galloway, shredded<\/a> the company’s S-1 filing, calling SpaceX a “Trainwreck<\/strong><\/em>” and saying the filing was “unserious, empty, hallucinatory, and borderline dishonest.<\/strong><\/em>”<\/p>\n

    “The stock is set to be priced at 107 TIMES SALES, which would make it one of the most expensive stocks in history,<\/strong><\/em>” he said.<\/p>\n

    “It will be twice as valuable [as] Walmart – while generating less revenue <\/strong>(dd: not profits) than Macy’s.<\/strong><\/em>”<\/p>\n
