Someone eagerly declaring their willful ignorance. ! ? !
They admit they didn’t read the article (or comment, or book) so there is zero doubt that they do not know what it describes or explains.
Yet they have a strong opinion about it !
Maybe they would even agree with the article’s point, but we’ll never know. And neither will they.
Sure, we live in an age of information overload or infobesity.
And some writers can’t get to the point, or they duplicate their explanation.
However, when someone declares they did not even read the article they expectorate an opinion on – how much dumber can they get?
And then there’s the matter of how it is an insult to the writer.
So, we have a self-declared Ignoramus who insults writers.
